Push for change
Be loud where it matters.
Advocacy is the part of our work that makes people uncomfortable — and that’s the point. We push for better diagnostic pathways, NDIS recognition, workplace accommodations, and an education system that doesn’t spend twelve years telling AUDHD kids they’re lazy.
What we’re fighting for.
NDIS eligibility for AUDHD without having to prove one diagnosis is “worse” than the other. Medicare parity between ADHD and Autism assessment rebates. Nationally consistent waitlists so your postcode doesn’t decide your access. Workplace accommodation rights that actually get enforced.
Most of our advocacy wins happen in Senate committee rooms, state health department meetings, and the inboxes of people most Australians will never meet. The unglamorous stuff. If you’re good at writing a submission, reading a policy draft, or turning up to a consultation in business clothes — we need you.
