A recognition tool, not a test

Does any of this sound like you?

Below are things people often say after they finally get assessed. Tick whatever lands. Nothing is diagnosed and there is no pass or fail; at the end you simply see where your ticks sit, more ADHD flavoured, more autistic flavoured, or both at once.

This is not a screening test. It shows which statements you related to, nothing more. It cannot tell you whether you are autistic or have ADHD, and it is not medical advice. These experiences overlap heavily with anxiety, trauma, poor sleep and burnout. Only a qualified clinician can assess you. Nothing you tick leaves your device.
